The table is 90 feet in length and manufactured by American Bridge & Iron in 1910. It was originally placed into service at the UP/C&NW/CSTPM&O Roundhouse in Altoona, Wisconsin. The turntable was purchased and carefully removed  by present owner and was in full operational condition when disassembled. The sale includes all pit rail, controller, controller house, drive motors, center bearing and overhead electrical connection/pivot. Pivot was damaged during removal but may still be functional. Center tower that holds the electrical pivot in place was not salvageable and will need to be rebuilt. Sale would also include photos and limited notes taken during removal process. The table should be able to be loaded with one medium sized crane.  The size of the unit is highly attractive because it cannot only turn locomotives but also passenger cars. Table would have to be moved within 120 days of purchase.
