Built in October of 1949 by EMD for the Chicago & North Western Railroad as #4077A. Under C&NW ownership the unit was also assigned the numbers #407 & #416. The unit is not currently Blue Carded but is operational. Some of the mechanical details include: 225 KW Caterpillar HEP genset (876 hours on hour meter, reblt 1999 and in working condition), cast shoes, 26 brake, Hyatt 6.5 x 12 oil bearings, H couplers, serviceable wheels, good car body (some rust under cab)

NOTE: Previously there had been some issues on behalf of the seller regarding releasing this equipment for immediate sale. These issues have been resolved and this item is now available for immediate sale.
