Built in 1947 by General Electric for the Fore River Railroad in Massachusetts as a 50 ton industrial locomotive. This unit has been kept in doors and is started every two weeks and is on a regular maintenance schedule. It is in operating condition and some of the mechanical details include: Original control & brake stands, complete electrical lockers, GE construction #29058, train brakes, retention tank, side rod equipped, Cummins engines. In operating condition and ready to go to work.
