Built for the Algoma Central Railroad as a wood caboose, rebuilt by current owner into a guest house/motel unit. The car has updated electrical, plumbing, A/C & heat. It has a new roof and was recently repainted caboose red. A large bay window was installed to offer a panoramic view, the car is also equipped with theropane windows, great body and roof, bathroom/shower, sleeps 4 ( 2 twin beds in cupola & 2 at floor level), small living room, small kitchen/dining area. This car is not equipped with trucks/wheels and currently sits on a foundation but can be moved.
