Built in 1950 by the Pullman Company as a 5 double bedroom, buffet, observation for the Southern Railroad. Rebuilt by the Southern Railroad in 1958 as a 11 double bedroom sleeping car. During the Southern rebuild the original steel side sheets were replaced with stainless side sheets and 10 connecting bedrooms were installed with one non connecting double bedroom. The Southern retired the car and sold it into private ownership. The car had been modified for use in a tour company and currently has 2 showers/dressing rooms at each end of the hall, 5 suites each sleeping 4 with a toilet and shower (each suite can be made into 2 double bedrooms), one double bedroom with only a toilet.  Some of the mechanical details include: D/C electrical system, heat loop installed for hot water heat but no boiler installed, upgraded interior with brass and wood trim, 7 total showers, Microphor toilets installed but no holding tank, D-22 valves with tread brakes, stainless over stainless exterior, folding bedroom chairs, H couplers, grease bearings.
