Built in the early 1940's as a caboose for the Pennsylvania Railroad in their Altoona Shops and was one of three cars used by the PRR as a rider car on passenger trains to move crews from terminal to terminal. Ownership was eventually transferred to Penn Central, Conrail and then the car was sold into private ownership. Some of the mechanical details include: Roller bearings, current COT&S, great body and roof, original interior.
