Poker Parlor Caboose SOLD

The attention to detail that went into this two year restoration is beyond compare!

Built in 1923 as a wood caboose for the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburgh Railway. Retired by the railroad and sold into private ownership, converted into a Poker Parlor Caboose by current owner.

This car has had an extensive ground up restoration, the car was stripped down to the steel frame, sand blasted and coated with a corrosion resistant coating used in the military. Improvements include: New sides & roof, complete new interior, wet bar, sink, granite counter tops, under counter refrigerator and wine cooler, humidor, replica stove, propane heat, new lighting, wood floors, stereo/TV, Douglas Fir exterior siding w/custom copper drip edge, fully insulated, 5/8" plywood sheer interior walls with drywall and hand crafted oak tongue & groove paneling. All interior oak moldings are fitted, scribed , coped and mitered, all painstakingly by hand.

All furnishings and memorabilia included in sale. The artwork alone has been valued at over $10,000+. The poker table was custom built just for this car and built to a 42" diameter.

You really have to see this car to appreciate the work that went into it. Experience the old wild west in your very own Poker Parlor.
