Built in 1945 by Pullman as a World War ll troop sleeper #7072 for the U.S. Military. After the war the car was sold to the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad and converted into a bunk car #861 and then renumbered to C&O #911045. These cars are pretty rare and this particular one is in good condition (some side sheet rust) and a prime candidate for restoration. Purchase of the car includes several propane heaters and extra window sashes. Some of the mechanical details include: good body and roof, friction bearings, original Allied Full Cushion Trucks, H couplers, good interior.
